Program content subject to change without notice. Cancellation policy Cancellations received in writing prior to February 25, 2003 will be issued a refund less a $250 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received between February 25, 2003 and March 17, 2003 will be issued a credit less a $500 administrative fee per person. The credit may be applied to another VentureOne conference that takes place within 12 months of the Summit. After March 17, 2003 no refund or credit will be issued. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Substitutions may be made at any time; however, during the conference, only one substitution per registration will be permitted.
